How to Quote with the Most Popular Specifications

Ordering with Gemini’s Most Popular Specifications

Creating a quote using Gemini’s Partner Portal has never been more convenient and faster, thanks to the ability to quote with the most popular specifications. Pre-fill your quote using our most popular chosen offerings, ideal if you are not sure where to start or want to speed up your quoting process. Follow the instructions below to learn more.

Partner Portal Navigation

Log in to Partner Portal and within the main Dashboard, start a new quote by clicking either the red Start Here or Start a Quote button located in the middle or top right.

Enter your Job name and select your Product Line and material. Once chosen, the Quoting Options selection will appear below.

Quoting Options

Within the Quoting Options section, you will have three different options for you to choose from: Pre-fill with Gemini’s Most Popular Specifications; Enter Specifications; or Bypass entering specifications (included in attached artwork).

Pre-Fill with Gemini’s Most Popular Specifications

When choosing to Pre-fill with Gemini’s Most Popular Specifications, some of your quote’s specifications will automatically populate with the most popular chosen options from the Gemini Professional Signage Catalog. Additionally, sample images will appear of the popular product selected.

After choosing to pre-fill, simply enter your project dimensions, review, and add any additional specifications to your quote. Click the red-linked Most Popular Specifications section to learn more.

Caution: If you have already chosen some specifications, choosing to pre-fill will auto-update your chosen options to Gemini's most popular specifications.

Tip: Gemini’s popular specifications options are all labeled within the Gemini Professional Signage Catalog with a star to feature our most popular products. Read the Where to Access Gemini's Catalog article to access the catalog.

Enter Specifications

Selecting to Enter Specifications gives you a more hands-on approach, allowing you to individually select the specifications that best meet your project’s particular needs.

Note: Be aware that including any custom specifications beyond what’s listed in Gemini’s Professional Signage Catalog will convert your quote into a custom request. Click here to learn more.

Bypass Entering Specifications

If you select to Bypass entering specifications (included in attached artwork), you can request your quote or order without having to enter any specifications on your request. Click the red-linked Bypass entering specifications to learn more.

Choosing to bypass entering specifications will require artwork and additional notes on any features of specifications not clearly stated in the artwork.

Caution: Requests submitted without enough information to determine pricing and start order production could require follow-up, causing delays.

Submit Your Specifications

Standard Requests

Once you have finished choosing your specification and uploading any additional artwork and files, click the red Save Quote button at the top or bottom right for standard quote requests. You will see a breakdown of your request along with your Partner Price and a Suggested Retail Price.

Custom Requests

If you have chosen to bypass or have custom specifications, click the red Send Request button in the middle or top right side to get an estimate on your quote, or click the red Proceed To Order button below to proceed to order without pricing.

Your customer experience team will look over your order request and update you on your quote progress. If you have any questions, click the Start a New Message button with the black paper airplane icon on the Help & Support Panel at the right of the screen to contact your customer experience team.
