Ordering with Gemini’s Most Popular Specifications
You can create a quote in Gemini’s Partner Portal by selecting one of three specification options: pre-filling with Gemini's most popular specifications, entering specifications manually, or bypassing specifications entirely. The Pre-fill option automatically populates your quote with the most popular choices from the Gemini Signage Catalog, making it the fastest way to start. Follow the steps below to complete your quote.
Partner Portal Navigation
Log in to Partner Portal and within the main Dashboard, start a new quote by clicking either the red Start Here or Start a Quote button located in the middle or top right.
Enter your Job name and select your Product Line and material. Once chosen, the Quoting Options selection will appear below.

Within the Quoting Options section, you will have three different options for you to choose from: Pre-fill with Gemini’s Most Popular Specifications; Enter Specifications; or Bypass entering specifications (included in attached artwork).
Pre-Fill with Gemini’s Most Popular Specifications
When choosing to Pre-fill with Gemini’s Most Popular Specifications, some of your quote’s specifications will automatically populate with the most popular chosen options from the Gemini Signage Catalog. Additionally, sample images will appear of the popular product selected.
After pre-filling, complete the following steps:
- Enter your project dimensions.
- Review the auto-populated specifications.
- Add or adjust any additional specifications as needed to meet your project requirements.
For a full list of the default values applied, click the red-linked Most Popular Specifications section within the quoting form to view the pre-filled options in detail.
Caution: If you have already chosen some specifications, choosing to pre-fill will auto-update your chosen options to Gemini's most popular specifications.

Enter Specifications
What Does the Enter Specifications Option Do?
Selecting Enter Specifications allows you to individually choose the specifications that best meet your project’s requirements.
Note: Be aware that including custom specifications beyond what’s listed in Gemini’s Signage Catalog may convert your quote into a custom request, which will route to a Gemini rep to price. Click here to learn more.
Bypass Entering Specifications
If you select to Bypass entering specifications (included in attached artwork), you can request your quote or order without having to enter any specifications on your request. Click the red-linked Bypass entering specifications to learn more.
Choosing to bypass entering specifications will require artwork and additional notes on any features of specifications not clearly stated in the artwork.
Caution: Requests submitted without enough information to determine pricing and start order production could require follow-up, causing delays.

Standard Requests
How Do You Submit Your Quote?
Once you have finished selecting your specifications and uploading any artwork or files, submit your quote using the appropriate button:
- For standard quote requests, click the Save Quote button (top or bottom right). A breakdown of your request will appear, including your Partner Price (your cost) and a Suggested Retail Price (printed in the Gemini Professional Signage Catalog).
Custom Requests
If you have chosen to bypass or have custom specifications, click the red Send Request button in the middle or top right side to get an estimate on your quote, or click the red Proceed To Order button below to proceed to order without pricing.
What Happens After You Submit Your Quote?
Your customer experience team will review your request and provide updates on your quote progress. If you have any questions, click the Start a New Message button in the Help & Support Panel on the right side of the screen to contact your customer experience team.
