How to Upload Art in Partner Portal

Gemini's Partner Portal gives you a convenient way to submit artwork with your orders and keep documents in one spot. Simply follow these instructions to learn how to submit your artwork.

Caution: It is ideal to include vector-based files when uploading your artwork. This includes .ai, .pdf, and .eps, however, we also support bitmap files including .jpeg, .png, tif, and .bmp files.

Please note that bitmap-based files cannot be used for cutting paths and will require more processing time and potential art charges for custom orders. Learn more by viewing our Artwork Best Practices article.

1. Log into Partner Portal.

2.  Either create a quote by selecting the red Start a Quote or Start Here buttons in the Dashboard or edit a quote from within the Quotes tab to be taken to its Specifications page.

Note: To learn more about how to create a quote, read our How to Create a Quote in Partner Portal article.

3. Once at your quote's Specifications page and choose an applicable product line and material, and then click the white Choose Files button under Upload Your Artwork.

4.  Once clicking Choose Files, you can choose to either drag your artwork to the Drag & Drop Any Files box or click the red Choose a Local File button to select your files.

Note: The maximum file size for an individual file is 100 MB, however there is no limit on the number of files that can be uploaded at one time. Click the red Artwork Best Practices link below the Upload Your Artwork box to learn more about file requirements.

5. Once you have uploaded your desired files, you can either click the red +Add More Files upload link at the bottom right to add more files, or the red Next button to return to the Drag & Drop selection.

Tip: If you need to remove individual files, can click the trash can icon on the right or the white Remove All button located at the bottom to remove all files.

6. Once you are satisfied and have clicked the red Next button, you will be taken back to the main Drag & Drop selection. Here you can either choose to view your added files by clicking the white View Files button at the bottom left or the red Done button at the bottom right to proceed back to the Specifications page.

Tip: You can click the black text link below Upload Your Artwork to download and open any uploaded file or click the X button at the right of the link to delete your upload.

If you have any questions, click the Start a New Message button with the black paper airplane icon on the Help & Support Panel at the right of the screen to contact your customer experience team.
