Flat cut acrylic letters are made of durable, UV-stable acrylic.

Pigmented Acrylic sheets are available in 3 colors: 2025 Black, 5687 White, and 2225 Clear.

How big can flat cut acrylic letters and logos be? 

Flat cut acrylic letters can be up to 95 inches in single pieces. Larger pieces are available as multi-piece sets. 

How small can flat cut acrylic letters be? 

These letters can be as small as 3/4 inch.

Can flat cut acrylic signs be made with custom fonts? 

Flat cut acrylic signs can be made-to-order with customer fonts and vector art. We have over ninety standard fonts if custom fonts or artwork are not required. 

• Lowercase letters are priced at 75% of the corresponding uppercase price. 
• Punctuation marks like a comma, period, or dash are 33% of the uppercase price.

• Logos larger than 48 inches high by 48 inches wide
• Logos that contain thirty-one pieces or more
• Single piece logo with multiple colors

Finishes

Can you paint flat cut acrylic? 

Our flat cut acrylic letters and logos can be painted with Gemini's selection of standard paint colors, or custom paint colors or can be printed with UV Colorlast. 

Can you print on flat cut acrylic

Print is available on first and second surface.

Is there any non-painted options?

Our pigmented options are pre-made color sheets that are to cut to size and shape. Once cut, the request is ready to ship as there is no need to paint. We offer three pigmented color options: 2025 Black, 5687 White, and 2225 Optical Clear. 

Eased Edge

What is an Eased Edge?

Eased Edge features an additional 45-degree angled-cut between the return and face of each piece, elevating the overall appearance of acrylic signage. This subtle enhancement delivers a smoother touch, cleaner lines, and a more upscale, finished look that stands out in any environment.(outdoor or indoor)

You can now select Eased Edge as an upgrade when submitting your signage requests. The option will be available directly within our partner portal during specification entry.

Clear Acrylic Availability:

Yes, Eased Edge can be produced in clear acrylic; however, the edges will have a frosted appearance, as polished clear edges are not currently offered.

Install Environment 

Where can flat cut acrylic letters be installed? 

Our acrylic letters are for interior or exterior applications. Our paints and pigmented acrylic sheets are UV-resistant, allowing for long-lasting vibrancy. 

What are the mounting options for flat cut acrylic?

We offer standard and optional mounting options for flat cut acrylic letters and logos.

Standard Mounting

	Plain Mount No mounting holes or hardware supplied. Most metal finishes require some processing holes on letter backs, even with plain mounts. Based on the mounting surface, some installers use double faced tape, adhesive, or a combination of the two. Exterior applications typically require a strong adhesive and sometimes anchors to secure the letters.
	Double Face Tape Mount   Strips of 25-mil VHB tape are applied to the backs of the letters and logos. The maximum size varies by acrylic thickness. The price includes a stencil guide.
	Stud with Block Mount  Available for 1/8 inch and 3/16 inch thick letters only. Plastic blocks glued to back to receive threaded studs
	Flush Stud Mount   Drilled and tapped to receive studs 1/4" thick are drilled and tapped to receive a 6-32 stud. 3/8"+ thick receive 10-24 studs

Optional Mounting

	Pad Mount  The backs of letters and logos have plastic pads glued to the back. Creates a 3/8"-1/2" stand off.  5% upcharge
	Combination  Stud thru pad at the top of the letter and pads on the bottom of the letter.  5% upcharge
	Combination All  The same as a stud mount, but adjustable pads are provided to provide extra adhesion to the mounting surface.  5% upcharge
	Full Coverage Double Face Tape   Letters and logos 4 inches and under can have full coverage double face tape. Contact us through Partner Portal for a quote.
	Z-Clip Also known as cleat mount Z-Clips come in two parts: One secured to the back of a panel, and one to the installation surface. From there, the panel can be installed onto the clip on the wall. Z-Clips are perfect for temporary installations, such as seasonal signage, or podiums. 5% upcharge.
