Face Lit Fabricated letters and logos are available in two metal materials: Stainless Steel and Aluminum.

Aluminum

Note: Vertical grain is standard on all fabricated letters and logos. A horizontal grain can be requested.

Size Range

Depending on the metal material and finish, Face Lit Fabricated letters and logos can be made as small as 9" high up to 60"+ high in a single piece depending on the material.

Fonts

Face Lit Fabricated can be made with custom fonts and vector art. We also have over ninety standard fonts if custom artwork is not required.

Lowercase letters are 90% of the corresponding uppercase price.
Small punctuation marks, such as commas, periods, or dashes, are 33% of the uppercase letter price.

Metal Construction

How are Face Lit Fabricated letters and logos constructed?

Fabricated letters are constructed with precision welding, soldering or laser welding in the following specifications.

Stainless Steel

	Precision welded/soldered 18 or 16-gauge face 24-gauge return
	24-gauge = .0239 inch 22-gauge = .0299 inch 18-gauge = .0478 inch 16-gauge = .0598 inch

Aluminum Letters

Precision MIG welding or laser welding
.090-inch face in all sizes
.063-inch returns for all sizes (return grain will run from face to back)

Mounting

We have several mounting options for Face Lit Fabricated letters and logos.

Note: All orders come with standard mounting and pattern for installation.

	Stud Mount Alignment for rails, bricks, and blocks available Add spacers to give a stand off look
	Detachable Stud Up to 24" Has a 1.5" standoff Use Allen wrench to easy disconnect letter or logo from wall
	Bottom or Top Stud Sizes (12" - 48") +15% cost
	Raceway Sizes (12" - 60") Sizes over 32" require multiple raceways Raceways made from 24" to 96" in length and 2" to 5" in height Additional charge depending on size of raceway
	Rail Mount Single or Double Rail C-Channel, Angle Bracket or Flat Rail(s) Single can have sizes (8" - 24"), + 25% cost Double can have sizes (8" - 36"), + 40% cost Rails are either painted or anodized aluminum
