What is screen printing on plates?
Screen printed thin gauge plates are made by pushing ink through a stencil, woven mesh with a screen press, and a squeegee. As the screen press moves away, the ink remains imprinted on the metal. One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multicolored image or design. The screen printing provides a vivid, colorfast image with durability and high resolution.
We can screen print thin gauge plates in several alloys.
Note: Screen printing is recommended for interior use only.
