TrueQuote is Gemini’s online pricing tool used to create quotes and submit orders. TrueQuote generates live quotes for your projects within minutes and with accuracy. Within TrueQuote, you can view your quote history and start a project 24/7.
Locating TrueQuote
TrueQuote is located in Partner Portal in the upper right corner of the Partner Portal Dashboard. You will have to have an account registered with Partner Portal to utilize TrueQuote.
Placing a Quote in TrueQuote
Starting a quote is easy in TrueQuote. Select your material and product line. Then select materials available for the product line, if applicable.
Provide the information requested - letters in the line text, sets, font, thickness, height, color/finish, mounting, and installation pattern. Entering in project information provides your NET Partner Price, which is the price with your partner discount applied. Add any comments or add-ons you need. You can also add logos, bars, or custom work as required.
On the right side of your screen will be a summary of the project quote, including details and price. Remember, you can refer to our freight pricing and add it to your order.
Once you are ready, you can proceed to submit your quote or save your quote. Saving your quote will not submit an order, so you can always go back to your quote if you need to modify or complete missing information.
