What is Gemini’s Return Policy?

Most Gemini products are made-to-order. We may offer credit up to 50% of the original net price, up to $500. If you need to return any products that were ordered in error, canceled by the end-user, or not needed, please contact us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, and return at least half of the product to the appropriate plant as provided.

Note: Customers pay the freight on the return.
