We're sharing our quote and order response times so that you always know your request has been received and when to expect to hear from us.

⚠ The response times below reflect last week's average performance and will vary week to week. Processing times may also be shorter or longer based on the complexity of your request. ⚠

 

Updates on your order can be found under the Your Orders tab in Partner Portal. 

Note: Response times are: 

  • Calculated within our office hours of 7am - 7pm M-F Central Time
  • Excludes weekends and major recognized holidays
  • Excludes time required for art layouts to be approved by you or your clients
  • Excludes extended consultation time on a project to obtain details to provide a quote
