These times reflect last week's average and may vary depending on order complexity — we'll always keep you posted via the Your Orders tab in Partner Portal.
How turnaround times are calculated
- Based on our business hours: 7am–7pm M–F Central time
- Weekends and major holidays aren't counted
- Time waiting on your (or your client's) art layout approval isn't counted
