Partner Portal Visual Help
We're here to help make your Partner Portal experience as smooth as possible! Here are a few simple steps you can try.
Adjust your screen resolution.
Tip: For the best experience, we suggest using a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080.
1. To adjust your settings, simply right-click on your desktop and choose “Display Settings.”
2. Scroll down to “Display resolution” and select a higher resolution than what is currently set.
Adjust your zoom settings.
Tip: We recommend your zoom is at 100%. The maximum we would recommend is 125% in order to retain functionality.
When working in a browser, it’s easy to zoom in and out whether on purpose or accidentally by pressing the Ctrl button while scrolling your mouse wheel up or down. This zooms in and out quickly.
You can also adjust the zoom in your browser settings by clicking on the menu in the top right corner and using the minus and plus buttons.
