If the Partner Portal appears cut off, misaligned, or difficult to navigate, adjusting your screen resolution to 1920 x 1080 and setting your browser zoom to 100% will resolve most display issues. Follow the steps below for each setting. ### How do I adjust my screen resolution? **Tip:** For the best experience, we suggest using a screen resolution of 1920 x 1080.  1. Right-click on your desktop and choose **Display Settings**. ![](https://hub.geminimade.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-03-2024-09-28-43-2515-PM.png?width=332&height=333&name=image-png-Oct-03-2024-09-28-43-2515-PM.png) 2. Scroll down to **Display resolution** and select a higher resolution than what is currently set. ![](https://hub.geminimade.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-03-2024-09-31-57-1752-PM.png?width=289&height=269&name=image-png-Oct-03-2024-09-31-57-1752-PM.png) 3. When prompted, click **Keep changes** to confirm the new resolution. If no prompt appears, the resolution has been applied automatically. ![](https://hub.geminimade.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-03-2024-09-31-57-1752-PM.png?width=289&height=269&name=image-png-Oct-03-2024-09-31-57-1752-PM.png) ### How do I adjust my browser zoom settings? **Tip:** We recommend your zoom is at 100%. The maximum we would recommend is 125% in order to retain functionality. Browser zoom can change unintentionally when you press `Ctrl` and scroll your mouse wheel up or down. To reset or adjust the zoom level, use one of the following methods: - **Keyboard shortcut:** Hold `Ctrl` and scroll your mouse wheel up to zoom in or down to zoom out. - **Browser menu:** Click the menu in the top-right corner of your browser and use the **-** and **+** buttons next to Zoom to set your preferred level. **![](https://hub.geminimade.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Oct-03-2024-09-32-53-4448-PM.png?width=357&height=546&name=image-png-Oct-03-2024-09-32-53-4448-PM.png)** -
