What materials make laminate on foam letters and logos?
Metal Laminate
We use .030-inch solid, aluminum CHEMETAL sheets and bind them to a durable, high-density urethane (HDU) foam substrate.
Acrylic Laminate
Our acrylic on foam letters are made of our 1/8-inch modified extruded acrylic and durable, high-density urethane (HDU) foam. We adhere the two materials to create sleek and colorful lightweight letters.
Foam is not sold on its own. Laminate required.
Min/Max Height

They can be as small as 4 inches.

Typeface/fonts
Can laminate on foam be made with custom fonts?
Customers can supply custom fonts and vector art for their letters and logos. We also have a selection of standard fonts to choose from if a custom font or logo is not required.
- Lowercase letters are 75% of the corresponding uppercase price
- Small punctuation marks, such as commas, periods, and dashes, are 33% of the uppercase price
- Logos less than 10 inches by 10 inches are priced as a letter using the maximum dimension
- For pieces larger than 24 inches in any dimension or with more than thirty-one pieces or cutouts, contact us through Partner Portal for a quote.
Finishes
What finishes are available for laminate on foam?
Our metal laminates come in several CHEMETAL standard and specialty face finish options.
Additionally, acrylic faces can be painted. However, we cannot paint metal laminate faces.
Tip: Pick from our standard paint colors or provide your own custom paint color.
Foam Back
Charcoal or bone white foam standard.
For any color painted foam, add 30%.

These letters and logos can be mounted in six ways.

Combination All Mount* The same as a stud mount, but adjustable pads are provided on all studs to provide extra adhesion to the mounting surface. 5% upcharge |
