Lit Letters and Logos Warranty

Is there a warranty on lit letters and logos?

Gemini's lit signs include a 10-year warranty on all electrical components included in our standard lighting package, including UL-certified LED lights and power supplies.

Gemini also stands behind the quality of our signage with the following product warranties:

Lifetime Sign Warranty: Lit Acrylic, Lit Formed, Lit Fabricated, and Trimless Fabricated
  • 10-Year Sign Warranty: Trimless Channel

If any Gemini-manufactured painted or brushed letter or logo covered under the applicable sign warranty fades, breaks, or contains a manufacturing defect, Gemini will refinish or replace the defective materials at no cost.

Products must be installed in their original location for the applicable warranty to remain valid.
