How to View Quote Status
Gemini's Partner Portal gives you the ability to easily create and view all Gemini quotes, keeping everything organized and easy to track across your company's Partner Portal Account. If you create a quote, you can view the status of your quote by following the steps outlined below.
1. Log in to Partner Portal.
2. Click the Quotes tab at the top of the screen.
Note: For help navigating between quotes and orders via the Help & Support panel, click here.
3. Look for the specific quote you would like to check the status of in the quote list provided under Your Quotes.
Tip: You can enter your quote's ID or Job Name in the search bar at the top right to pull up your quote, as well.
4. Once you have found your specific quote, click either the white View Quote or Finish Quote button at the right of your quote.
5. At your quote page, you can check the status of your quote by looking at the Help & Support panel on the right. It will contain the most recent updates and messages sent associated with your quote.
Tip: If you have questions about the status of your quote, use the Help & Support panel. You can send a message in the text box provided and a team member will get to your message as soon as they are able.
Note: The Help & Support panel is not a live chat.
