How to Use the Help and Support Panel in Partner Portal
The Help & Support panel in Partner Portal provides you with the ability to communicate directly with Gemini. You can also attach any artwork, images, and other types of media. If you need clarification or have questions about a request, quote, or order, you can use the Help & Support panel to get the assistance you need. The panel is located on the right-hand side of the screen. Learn the four ways we can help you in Partner Portal.
General Help
For help not related to an order, click the Start a New Message button, the black paper airplane icon at the top of the Help & Support panel. You can enter your subject and question here and press the red paper airplane button to send. Your message will then be sent to a team member.
If you have a question about a product, you can reference Gemini Product Guide. Gemini Product Guide contains product specifications, additional resources, and more.
Help During a Quote
If you need help during quoting, first try our Gemini Product Guide at the bottom of the screen. If you can't find the answer you need, use the Help & Support panel on the right. Input your question into the space provided and press the red paper airplane button to send.
Help on Saved Quote
On the Help & Support panel, you can find your previously saved quotes. If you have questions on a saved quote, select the quote and the Help & Support panel will appear on the right side of the screen. Input your question, then press the red paper airplane button to send.
Note: The quote’s Reference Number will be on top of the Help & Support panel.
Help on An Order
If you have a question about an order, click the Orders tab at the top of the screen, then select the order you want to start a message on. Click the black paper airplane button, and the Help & Support panel will appear on the right side of the screen. Input your question, then press the red paper airplane button to send.
Note: The order’s Reference Number will be on top of the Help & Support panel.
