How to Use the Help and Support Panel in Partner Portal

The Help & Support panel in Partner Portal provides you the ability to communicate directly with Gemini. You can also attach any artwork, images, and other types of media. If you need clarification or have questions about a request, quote, or order, you can use the Help & Support panel to get the assistance you need. The panel is located on the right-hand side of the screen. Learn the four ways we can help you in Partner Portal. 

Note: The Help & Support panel is not a live chat. A Gemini team member will contact you as soon as they can through the Help & Support panel to answer your request. 

General Help

For help not related to an order, click Start a New Message at the top of the panel. You can enter your question here and press the red send button. If you have a question about a product, you can reference Gemini Product Guide. Gemini Product Guide contains product specifications, additional resources, and more. 

Help During a Quote

If you need help during quoting, first try Gemini Product Guide at the bottom of the screen. If you can't find the answer you need, use the Help & Support panel on the right. Input your question in the space provided and press the red send button. Your message will then be sent to a team member. 

Help on Saved Quote

On the Help & Support panel, you will see saved quotes. If you have questions on a saved quote, select the quote and the Help & Support panel will appear on the right side of the screen. Input your message, then hit the red message button. 

Note: The quote number will be on top of the Help & Support panel. 

Help on An Order

If you have a question about an order, view the Orders tab, then select the order you want to start a message on. Click the black paper airplane button, and the Help & Support panel will appear on the right side of the screen. Send a message in the message box and click the red message button to send your message. 

Note: The order number will be on top of the Help & Support panel.
