[Artwork](https://hub.geminimade.com/knowledge/partner-portal-how-to-articles?hsLang=en#artwork) March 19, 2026 # How to Upload Art in Partner Portal Gemini's Partner Portal gives you a convenient way to submit artwork with your orders and keep documents in one spot. Simply follow these instructions to learn how to submit your artwork.  **Caution:** It is ideal to include vector-based files when uploading your artwork. This includes .ai, .pdf, and .eps, however, we also support bitmap files including .jpeg, .png, tif, and .bmp files. Please note that bitmap-based files cannot be used for cutting paths and will require more processing time and potential art charges for custom orders.
