How to Update an Expired Quote in Partner Portal

Once a quote is created in Gemini's Partner Portal, it is accessible to order for up to 30 days. Once it has expired, you will be unable to convert that quote into an order. You can update the quote by modifying your selection. To update an expired quote, follow these easy steps.

Note: You can only update standard quotes that have expired and have not been converted to orders. To update custom quotes or quotes that have been turned into orders, you will need to submit a new quote. Add a note referring to the expired quote you are creating a new quote for. This helps our team process it when reviewing your quote for pricing, if needed.

Caution: Quotes are valid for 30 days to ensure product pricing is accurate. Please be advised pricing is subject to change when updating your quote.

1. Log into Partner Portal.

2. Click on the Quotes tab at the top of the screen.

Note: For help navigating between quotes and orders via the Help and Support panel, click here

3. Under Your Quotes, navigate to the expired quote you would like to update and click either the Quote or Finish Quote button at the right side of your quote to be taken to its Reference Number page.

Tip:  Not seeing your quote? Try filtering the date between the Last 3 Months to Last 1 Year by clicking the drop-down above the provided quote list.
