How to Submit an Order in Partner Portal

Submitting an order is easy in Gemini's Partner Portal. You can place an order with or without pricing depending on your project. To learn which way is best for you, just follow these simple steps to start submitting your orders in Partner Portal. 

How to Submit an Order with Pricing

Once you are finished entering the details of your quote, you can proceed to order whether you have received pricing or not. 

Note: You will be unable to submit orders if the quotes are incomplete or are past the 30-day expiration period. To learn how to update an expired quote, view our article How to Update an Expired Quote.

1. Log in to Partner Portal. 

2. Click the Quotes tab at the top. 

Note: In the Quotes tab, you can find your quote history. View Quote are completed quotes that are eligible to be turned into orders. Finish Quote are quotes that have not been completed yet. Finish Quote cannot proceed to an order until completed.

3. Click View Quote at the right of the completed quote you want to order. 

4. To the far right of the quote number, click the red Proceed to Order button to begin to turn your quote into an order.

5. Fill in your contact information and submit your order by clicking the red Place Order button under Price Summary at the bottom right of the screen. 

How to Submit an Order Without Pricing

You can submit an order without pricing.

Tip: This step is advised if you are familiar with Gemini's pricing. If not, it is recommended to receive pricing first before you order.

1. Log in to Partner Portal and Create a Quote.

Note: You can also order previously completed quotes waiting for an estimate by going to the Quotes tab, selecting your specific quote, and clicking the Edit Quote button. If your quote is custom, you can still order without pricing by duplicating it and ordering through the Options page.

2. Once your quote has been created, you can directly proceed to order by clicking the red Proceed to Order button at the top above the yellow banner, or on the bottom right of the screen. 

3. Fill in your contact information and submit your order by clicking the red Place Order button under the Price Summary at the bottom right of the screen. 

3. Without Pricing Place Order

Note: You will be unable to proceed to order if you have not filled in all required fields for your quote. Standard orders, custom orders, and orders with artwork are all eligible to be ordered directly without pricing. 

Tip: You can view the status of your orders by clicking on the Orders tab at the top of the screen. If you have any questions or concerns about your orders, click Send a Message, the black paper airplane icon, at the top right of your order to contact a team member with your request.
