How to Submit an Order in Partner Portal

Submitting an order is easy in Gemini's Partner Portal. You can place an order with or without pricing depending on your project. To learn which way is best for you, just follow one of these two main methods to start submitting your orders in Partner Portal. 

How to Submit an Order with Pricing

Once you have finished entering the details of your quote, you can proceed to order whether you have received pricing or not. 

Note: You will be unable to submit orders if the quotes are incomplete or are past the 30-day expiration period. To learn how to update an expired quote, view our article How to Update an Expired Quote.

1. Log into Partner Portal. 

2. Click the Quotes tab at the top of the screen. 

Note: In the Quotes tab, you can find your quote history. Quotes with a View Quote button are completed and eligible to be turned into orders. Those with a Finish Quote button are incomplete and cannot be turned into orders until finished. 

3. Click the white View Quote button to the right of the completed quote you want to order.

4. To the right of the Reference Number, click the red Proceed to Order button to turn your quote into an order.  

5. Fill in your contact information and submit your order by either clicking the red Place Order button at the top right of the screen or at the bottom right under the Price Summary.  

 

How to Submit an Order Without Pricing

If you wish to submit an order without pricing, follow these simple steps.

Tip: This method is advised if you are familiar with Gemini's pricing. If not, it is recommended to receive pricing first before you order. 

1.  Log into Partner Portal and create a quote by clicking either the red Start Here or Start a Quote buttons on the Dashboard. 

Note: You can also order previously completed quotes waiting for an estimate by going to the Quotes tab and clicking View Quote on your quote labeled Pending to be taken to the Quote Progress page. Once at the page click the Edit Quote button located on the top right. 

Note: If your quote is custom, you can still order without pricing by click the Duplicate Quote button at the top or bottom of your quote’s Reference Number page and ordering through the options page.

2. Once your quote has been created and completed by clicking the Save Quote button, you can directly proceed to order by clicking the red Proceed to Order button within the top yellow banner, or on the top right of the screen.   

3. Fill in your contact information and submit your order by clicking either the red Place Order button at the top right of the screen or at the bottom right under the Price Summary.

Note: You will be unable to proceed to order if you have not filled in all required fields for your quote. Orders that are standard, custom, and with artwork are all eligible to be placed directly without pricing.

Tip:  You can view the status of your orders by clicking on the Orders tab at the top of the screen.
