How to Request Samples in Partner Portal

You can order free product samples in Gemini's Partner Portal to have at in your showroom to win more projects. Access our Sample Request Form by following these easy steps. 

1. Log into Partner Portal.

2. Within the main Dashboard homepage, click on the Request Samples tile on the middle right to access the Request Samples page. 

3. On the Request Samples page, select the product line you would like samples for.

4. Once you have selected your product line, the full list of standard samples is available to select from.

5. Select the sample you wish to order to view more details and Add to Cart.

6. Once you’ve added a sample to your cart, you will be asked what you would like to do next. Select from “Add More Samples” to add more samples, or “Review Your Cart” to review your cart and place your order.

7. After all your desired samples are added to your cart, click "Review Your Cart" or click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner. Here, you can review for accuracy and update quantities if needed. 

8. Once reviewed, click "Proceed to Order."

9. Fill in a PO number and/or a Drop Ship address if needed.

10. Click "Place Order" to receive an instant order confirmation.

If you have any questions while requesting samples, return to the Partner Portal Dashboard page and click the Start a New Message button with the black paper airplane icon on the Help & Support panel at the right of the screen to contact your customer experience team.
