How to Request Samples in Partner Portal
You can order free product samples in Gemini's Partner Portal to have at your store front to win more projects. Access our Sample Request Form by following these steps.
1. Log in to Partner Portal.
2. In the Your Dashboard homepage, click on the Request Samples square at the middle right of the screen. This will take you to the Request Samples page.
3. Once at the page, click on the red Request Samples button to be taken to our request form.
4. Choose from our standard samples and various literature options including our Essentials Product & Pricing Guide and Standard Color Selector Guide.
5. Once you select which samples you would like to order, fill in your contact information at the bottom of the form and click the red Submit button to send your sample request.
If you have any questions while requesting samples, return to the Partner Portal Dashboard page and click the Start a New Message button on the Help & Support panel at the right of the screen to contact a Gemini team member.
