How To Set Your Gmail Junk Filter

1. Login to your Gmail account.
2. Click on the gear icon in the right corner and click on the See all settings button.
   
   
   
3. Select the Filters and Blocked Addresses and click Create a new filter.
   
   
   
4. On the From line, set signage@geminimade.com and donotreply@geminimade.com, and click on the Create filter button.
   
   
   
5. A dialog box will appear with message criteria. Mark Never send it to Spam and Also apply filter to matching conversations.
6. Click Create filter to complete the setup.

Fours Ways to Set Your Outlook Junk Mail Filter

With Outlook, you have four options to prevent signage@geminimade.com and donotreply@geminimade.com emails from landing in your junk mail.

 

Option 1: Mark the email as not junk

1. Open your Junk Mail.
2. Click on the Home tab.
3. Select the Junk button and then select Not Junk.
   
   
   
4. A dialog box will appear, and click okay.
   

 

Option 2: Add to safe sender list

1. Open your junk mail.
2. Right-click on the email and select Junk.
3. Click Not Junk.
   
   
   
4. Click OK to add Gemini to your safe sender list.
   

 

Option 3: Review your mail rules

1. Click on the Home tab in Outlook.
2. Locate the Rules button and select Manage Rules & Alerts. Tip: If you can’t locate the rules button, it may be under the Move button.
   
   
   
3. Check if you have any email rules for Gemini emails. If you do, remove them. Click OK to complete.
   

 

Option 4: Add rules on Outlook.com

1. Open Outlook.com and enter your login information.
2. Click on the gear icon and click on View all Outlook settings.
   
   
   
3. Select Mail, Rules, and click Add new rule.
   
4. Name your rule and add a 'from' condition and add a 'move to' action.
   
   
   
5. Click Save to create a new rule.  

 

By creating these filters and checking your mail rules, Gemini emails should land in your inbox instead of your junk mail.
