How to Pre-Fill Your Quote With Most Popular Products

Automatically pre-fill your quote with our most popular products. Enter the material and dimensions, and we will automatically pre-fill some specifications to save you time and win more business. Follow these simple steps to get started:

1. Select the Start Here button on the Dashboard or Start a Quote in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. Name your quote in the space provided and hit Save.

Note: You must name your quote to proceed.

3. Choose your Product Line. Scroll to view all options.

Caution: Changing the product line will clear all the information you entered.

Note: Click Learn More next to the product line to learn more about the product and its specifications.

4. Select your Material.

5. Select your Quoting Options. To pre-fill options with Gemini’s Most Popular Specifications, select Pre-fill options with Gemini’s Most Popular Specifications.

6. Depending on your signage needs, you can add letters, logos, and bars to your quote. Some dimension specifications would be pre-filled.

7. For the remaining specifications, enter the required information.
