How to Order Plaques in Partner Portal

Ordering Cast Plaques, Precision Tooled Plaques, and Etched Plaques

At Gemini, submitting your request is convenient and fast using Partner Portal. To prepare a plaque request, note your materials, dimensions, and order specifications before getting started in Partner Portal.

Partner Portal Navigation

Log into Partner Portal and select “Start Here” or "Start a Quote." Scroll to the "Plaques" section near the bottom of the page and choose which plaque option to start a request for. PlaquePartner Portal

Choose Your Specifications

For your plaque, you'll need to select your specifications including the plaque option, material, background texture, color, font style, and mounting style.

Production Method

Select the product for your plaque order. Choose from Precision Tooled Plaques, Cast Plaques, Etched Plaques, or Thin Gauge Plates depending on the project needs.

Precision Tooled Plaques are known for crisp detail, more design freedom, and shorter production times.
Cast Plaques offer great architectural depth and sculpted detail for timeless dedications.
Etched Plaques use chemical etching to transfer intricate artwork onto vibrant, ornamental signs.

Material and Shape

Select aluminum, bronze, brass, or stainless steel for the plaque or plate order. PlaquePartner Portal (2)

Aluminum is a popular option due to its versatility, durability, and lightweight features.
Bronze features a reddish, decorative metal that resists tarnish and rust while retaining density.
Brass is a corrosion-resistant and affordable option with a more decorative aesthetic that resembles gold.

Product Specifications and Mounting

Enter the specifications of your request. Please indicate the dimensions, depth, installation environment, copy and edge finishes, paint fill, background texture, border, and clear coat.

Note: For Cast Plaque and Precision Tooled Plaque orders, there are a few different options and variations to choose from for background colors and textures.

Note: Etched Plaques and Thin Gauge Plates paint options are not available. Custom colors are available upon request.

PlaquePartner Portal (5) Don't forget to add a mounting option and an installation pattern. If ordering multiple copies of the request, you can change the number of plaques.

Note: Depending on the request details, some mounting options or installation patterns may not be available.

Upload a Sized Vector PDF

To tailor your plaque request, upload sized vector artwork file in Partner Portal. Under the "Quick Actions" section, select "Upload Artwork" and fill out the requested details.

Be sure to indicate the project dimensions, including the desired length and width of your plaque, as well as the height of your letters and/or images in the file.

Note: All plaque requests come with standard thicknesses. For Etched Plaques, indicate if you would like a different depth option for sizing.

Submit Your Specifications

Double-check to make sure you entered the desired specifications and click "Submit" when you're finished. You will see a breakdown of your request along with your partner price and a suggested retail price.
