How to Make a Deposit in the Online Payment Portal
You can pay a deposit for your orders within the Online Payment Portal. You can choose the amount and payment type you would like to use as well. To begin, follow the steps below.
1. Log into Partner Portal
2. Within the main Dashboard homepage, click on the Make a Payment tile on the middle right to access the Payment Portal.
3. Log into Payment Portal.
4. Within the Payment Portal dashboard, click the black Pay Deposit button at the top left to navigate to the Edit Deposit Page.
5. Once on the Edit Deposit page, enter your order/quote number and payment amount. Click the grey Save button to save your deposit.
6. After clicking Save, you will have the option to either pay through your bank account or with your credit or debit card. Choose one and fill out your information.
Caution: If you are paying through a bank account in Canada, there are a few steps you need to take. First, put a 0, then your institution number, followed by your transit number. There must be no spaces or hyphens.
Caution: If you are paying with a credit card, please be advised Discover cards are not accepted.
