How to Filter the Help & Support Panel
The Help & Support panel allows you to easily navigate to your company's most recent quotes, orders, warranty claims, and general questions without leaving the dashboard. Learn about the filters you can use in the Help & Support panel.
All
When you log in to Partner Portal, the Help & Support panel is located to the right of the main Dashboard homepage.
The All tab shows every quote, order, and warranty that you or your company have entered in the last 12 months. At a glance, you can see the name, Reference Number, and status of your quote or order. When you click on your quote or order, you can see more details about the status of your request. You are also able to message a team member on that specific request.
Tip: If you are looking for a quote or an order that you don't see right away, we recommend searching in the Quotes or Orders tab at the top of the page. You can learn more about our statuses in our article How to View Quote Status.
Orders
The Orders tab shows every order you or your company have made from Gemini from up to up to the last 12 months.
Tip: If you would like to see quotes and orders older than 3 months, you have options to filter for Last 6 Months and Last 1 Year in the panel.
Quotes
The Quotes tab shows every quote that you or your company have requested from Gemini up to the last 12 months. Clicking on a quote will provide an order number if the quote has been converted into an order.
Note: To see quotes and orders with pending updates, turn on the additional Needs Attention filter.
Warranty
The Warranty tab shows any warranties that have been entered on your account. Warranties are replacement orders, whether it’s the entire order or components of an order that are being replaced.

Help Desk
The Help Desk tab displays general messages not associated with an existing quote, order, or warranty.
If you have any questions or concerns, click the Start a New Message button, the black paper airplane icon, on the Help & Support panel at the right of the screen to contact your customer experience team.
