How to Duplicate a Quote

Gemini's Partner Portal gives users the option to not only create, edit, and view quotes and orders, but duplicate them as well. To start duplicating your quotes and quote converted orders, follow the steps provided below. 

1. Log into Partner Portal. 

2. At the top of the screen, click the Quotes tab to access previously made quotes. For quotes have been turned into orders, click the Orders tab.

3. Look for the specific quote or order you would like to duplicate from the from list provided.  

Tip: You can enter your quote's or order’s ID, Job Name, or Reference Number in the search bar at the top right to pull up your quote or order faster.

4.  Once you have found your specific quote, click either the white View Quote or Finish Quote button at the right of your quote to be taken its Reference Number page. For orders, click the red View Quote link to the top right of your quote near the paper airplane icon.  

5. At the bottom of your quote’s Reference Number page, click on the red Duplicate Quote button. 

5. Delete or Duplicate Quote

Note: If your quote is expired, be advised pricing is subject to change when updating it. Custom quotes and quotes converted into orders cannot be updated or deleted. They will require a new quote to be created. 

Caution: Clicking the Delete Quote button will cause your quote to be permanently deleted. Once deleted, it cannot be recovered. 

6.  When duplicating your quote, you will be directed to your quote's Specifications page. Here, you can choose to edit your job name, product, and specifications.  

7.  After editing and reviewing your duplicated quote, located at the right, click the red Save Quote button for standard quotes. For custom quotes, select either the red Submit Quote Request button or if you would like to continue to order without receiving an estimate, the red Proceed To Order button.
