Negotiations are still ongoing with respect to import tariffs between the United States and its trading partners. New developments from the United States government this morning indicates that there will be a delay on import tariffs from Mexico for 30 days.
Aligned with this recent update, the 10% tariff surcharge will now take effect March 1, 2025, on fabricated stainless steel, fabricated aluminum, lit fabricated products and some polished metals. All orders for these products received and approved for production prior to March 1, 2025, will have no tariff surcharge applied.
This surcharge represents only a portion of our expected costs from these proposed tariffs and will only apply should they become effective. Gemini is committed to providing stability in pricing by maintaining over 90% of our product offering as manufactured in the United States and Canada.

As you may be aware, the United States is currently reviewing decisions to impose import tariffs up to 25% impacting the transfer of goods between the United States, Mexico and Canada.
