How tall can formed plastic letters be?
Formed plastic letters can be up to 45 inches by 68 inches tall in one single piece. Larger sizes may be available in multiple pieces upon review.
How small can formed plastic letters be?
These letters can be as small as 4" painted, 6" pigmented
Depth
How thick can formed plastic letters be?
Formed plastic letters can be from 1/2 inch to 2.75 inches thick.
Typeface/fonts
Can our formed plastic letters be made with a custom font?
Formed plastic letters can be created with custom fonts and vector art. Custom letters and logos can be made-to-order in flat, prismatic, or round face fonts.
We also have a standard selection of fonts if custom fonts or logos are not required.
Other sizes available, but are priced as custom font due to the need to produce a new mold for custom sizes.
- Lowercase letters are 90% of the corresponding uppercase price.
- Small punctuation marks, such as commas, periods, or dashes, are 33% of the uppercase price.

- Logos larger than 48 inches by 48 inches
- Logos that contain 3 or more pieces
- Single piece logo with multiple colors.

What finishes are available for formed plastic letters and logos?
Our formed plastic letters and logos are available in 11 standard pigmented colors for sizes between 6 inches and 36 inches or all sizes can be painted with Gemini's selection of standard paint colors or custom paint colors.
Textured Paint is also available for any available standard or custom color.

What are the mounting options for formed plastic letters?
We offer five standard mounting options and an optional mounting method for formed plastic letters and logos.
