Can our formed plastic letters be made with a custom font?
Formed plastic letters can be created with custom fonts and vector art. Custom letters and logos can be made-to-order in flat, prismatic, or round face fonts.
We also have a standard selection of fonts if custom fonts or logos are not required.
- Lowercase letters are 90% of the corresponding uppercase price.
- Small punctuation marks, such as commas, periods, or dashes, are 33% of the uppercase price.

Standard Mounting

Stud Mount The stud mount includes threaded blocks solvent-bonded to the letter back to receive a 10-24 stud. A silicone adhesive is applied to the studs and into the drilled holes at installation. The price listed includes a drill pattern. |

Pad Mount This mount is for letters up to 24 inches tall. Threaded blocks are solvent-bonded to the letter backs to receive a perforated pad. A silicone adhesive adheres to the perforated pads to the installation surface. Spacing guides are available for this installation. Most letters 9 inches and under will have perforated pads bonded directly to the back. This mount will have a minimal stand-off. The price listed includes a stencil guide. |

Combination Mount Threaded blocks are solvent-bonded to the letter backs. The top portion of the letter receives studs through pads and the bottom pad only. This mounting procedure is the same as a stud mount but adds securing pads to the installation surface with silicone. Most letters are 9 inches and under, will have perforated pads bonded directly to the letter back, and have a stand-off. The price listed includes a drill pattern. |

Flange Letters are manufactured with a minimum of a 1/4 inch wide visible plastic flange around the entire letter. This allows customers to install letters with screws– not supplied. Stud, combination, and combination all, and pad mounts can be added to this mounting (add 5% to the listed price). Flange and flange with pad mount includes a stencil guide. Flange with studs, combination, and combination all include a drill pattern. |
