Materials

Non Lit Fabricated letters and logos are available in two metal materials: Stainless Steel and Aluminum.

Aluminum

Note: Vertical grain is standard on all fabricated letters and logos. A horizontal grain can be requested. Mixed letter faces and return finishes are also available.

Size Range

Depending on the metal material and finish, Non Lit Fabricated letters and logos can be made as small as 2" high up to 100"+ high in a single piece depending on the material and finish.

Fonts

Non Lit Fabricated can be made with custom fonts and vector art. We also have over ninety standard fonts if custom artwork is not required.

Lowercase letters are 90% of the corresponding uppercase price
Small punctuation marks, like commas, periods, and dashes are 33% of the uppercase letter price.

Non Lit Fabricated letters and logos are for interior or exterior applications.

Exterior installations may require occasional cleaning to maintain original appearance.

Metal Construction

How are Non Lit Fabricated letters and logos constructed?

Fabricated letters are constructed with precision welding, laser welding or soldering in the following specifications.

Stainless Steel Letters

	Precision welded/soldered 18 or 16-gauge face 24 gauge return for sizes up to 24" 22 gauge return for sizes over 24".
	24-gauge = .0239 inch 22-gauge = .0313 inch 18-gauge = .0478 inch 16-gauge = .0598 inch

Aluminum Letters

Precision MIG welding or laser welded
.090-inch face in all sizes
.063 inch returns for all sizes (return grain will run from face to back)

Mounting

We offer several mounting options for Non Lit Fabricated letters and logos depending on letter and logo specifications. Additional charges may apply.

	Stud Mount Alignment for rails, bricks, and blocks available Add spacers to give a stand off look
	Strap Mount Non Lit, no back, Stainless Steel only Studs connect to straps to mount
	Detachable Stud Up to 24" Has a 1.5" standoff Use Allen wrench to easy disconnect letter or logo from wall Can be used with a back (back will have an upcharge)
	Rail Mount Single or Double Rail C-Channel, Angle Bracket or Flat Rail(s) Single can have sizes (8" - 24"), + 25% cost Double can have sizes (8" - 36"), + 40% cost Rails are either painted or anodized aluminum
	Bottom or Top Stud - No Back Up to 8" Need to be at lease 3/8" thick +15% cost
	Bottom or Top Stud - Acrylic Back Sizes (12" - 48") Light Diffused Acrylic +15% cost Clear Acrylic with white painted insides +25% cost
