Note: Vertical grain is standard on all fabricated letters and logos. A horizontal grain can be requested. Mixed letter faces and return finishes are also available.
Size Range
Depending on the metal material and finish, Non Lit Fabricated letters and logos can be made as small as 2" high up to 100"+ high in a single piece depending on the material and finish.

Fonts
Non Lit Fabricated can be made with custom fonts and vector art. We also have over ninety standard fonts if custom artwork is not required.
- Lowercase letters are 75% of the corresponding uppercase price
- Small punctuation marks, like commas, periods, and dashes are 33% of the uppercase letter price.

Non Lit Fabricated letters and logos are for interior or exterior applications.
Exterior installations may require occasional cleaning to maintain original appearance.

How are fabricated metal letters and logos constructed?
Fabricated letters are constructed with precision welding or soldering in the following specifications.

What mounting options are available for fabricated metal letters and logos?
We offer six mounting options for fabricated metal letters and logos depending on letter and logo specifications. Additional charges may apply.

Stud Mount
|
 |
Double Rail Mount Two rows of c-channel painted or anodized aluminum rails are mounted with threaded aluminum bolts into in-line stud bosses. A double rail mount includes two flat rails with a maximum length of 96 inches. The letters are mounted by word. |
 |
Bottom or Top Stud with No Back Available for letters up to 8 inches. Letters and logos need to be at least 3/8 in thick. The tops and bottoms of the letters are drilled and tapped to receive threaded studs for mounting to walls or rails. Add 15% to the letter price. |

Bottom or Top Stud With A Back Available for letters from 4 inches to 24 inches tall. Letters are drilled and tapped on the bottom returns. |

Bottom Stud with A Thick Back Available for letters at least 4 inches to 24 inches thick. Letters are drilled and tapped on the bottom returns. |

Cut Out Face With Insert–Back, Bottom Angle Mount Available for both aluminum and stainless steel. Fabricated angle mount letters are for letters up to 48 inches tall depending on the thickness of the back. This mounting allows for easy installation on raceways or canopy tops. |
