Materials

Lit Fabricated Metal Halo Lit letters and Logos come in four metal materials:


Stainless Steel • Alloy 304 • Alloy 316	Stainless Steel - titanium coated • Alloy 304	Aluminum • Alloy 5052

Size Range

Depending on the metal material and depth Lit Fabricated Metal Halo Lit letters and Logos can be from 2.5" up to 60" in single piece. Letters and logos larger then 60" can be made in multiple pieces.

Stainless Steel: 2.5" up to 36"

Aluminum: 3" up to 60"

Fonts

Lit Fabricated Metal Halo Lit can be made with custom fonts and vector art. We also have over ninety standard fonts if custom artwork is not required.

Letters and fonts - lowercase letters are 10% discounted off of the uppercase letter price
Punctuation - small punctuation marks, such as commas, periods, or dashes, are 67% discounted off of the uppercase letter price

NOTE: Some Standard Fonts will require modifications to produce as Lit Fabricated Metal Halo Lit depending on size and depth

Finishes

We have an extensive selection of finishes for Lit Fabricated Metal Halo Lit letters and logos.

Fabricated stainless steel finishes
- Brushed, Polished, Titanium Coated, and Painted
Fabricated aluminum finishes
- Brushed, Anodized, and Painted

Note: Vertical grain is a standard finish option for all fabricated letters and logos. Lit fabricated metal halo lit letters can have a horizontal metal grain. Mixed face and return finishes are available for lit fabricated metal halo lit letters.

Paint

Fabricated stainless steel and aluminum metal letters and logos can be painted. We have a selection of 48 standard paint colors and offer custom paint matching.

Note: Letter faces and returns can be painted in different colors for an additional cost (+15% to base price).

Metal Construction

Fabricated letters are constructed with precision welding or soldering in the following specifications.

Stainless Steel

Precision laser welded or soldered
18 gauge (.0478") or 16 gauge (.0598") thick face
24 gauge (.0239") thick return

Aluminum Letters

Precision laser or MIG welded
.090-inch thick face in all sizes
.063-inch thick returns for all sizes (return grain will run from face to back)

Install Environment

Lit fabricated Metal Halo Lit signs are for interior or exterior use.

Exterior installations may require occasional cleaning to maintain original appearance.

Special consideration: Coastal climates within 50 miles of the ocean should opt for Stainless Steel 316 Alloy or anodized aluminum. These options offer superior corrosion resistance in coastal climates.

Mounting

We have several mounting options for Lit fabricated Metal Halo Lit letters and logos.

Note: All orders come with standard mounting and pattern for installation.

Stud Mount with Spacers:

Hand Placed Internal hardware to receive threaded studs for mounting.
Optional alignment for brick, blocks, or rails. Studs come with spacers for a stand-off, 1.5" standoff recommended.

Detachable Stud Mount:

Hand Placed Internal hardware to receive detachable studs for mounting.
Detachable Stud is a machined two-part boss Hardware type with a fixed standoff of 1.5".
Optional alignment for brick, blocks, or rails. Studs come with spacers for a stand-off.
Limited to letters up to 24 inches.
