Deepest standard finished depth is 1.25". Any depth between 1.5" and 2.75" by request only and with added cost. One step up in depth allowed only!
Example: 7" letter is 1/2" depth. Max is 3/4". 1" must be reviewed, but is unlikely.
Assembly
Gemini does not offer assembly with formed plastic at this time.
Rail/Strip Mounting
Gemini does not offer acrylic letters mounted to metal rails.
Material variance can cause plastic to stress and fracture.
Instead, clear plastic strips can be ordered seperately.
Letters and logos mount to plastic strips via pad mounting.
Customer to provide mounting for plastic strip to installation surface.
