Custom Bars - Pricing, Limitations, and Restrictions
What are bars?
Bars are typically long, narrow, straight lengths of plastic or metal.
Available bar types
| Formed CAB | Formed in CAB, rounded edges, max 68" - 70" long, based on width. Flat, round, or prismatic options. |
| Flat Cut Acrylic | Laser cut out of acrylic sheet, max 95" long, any gauge material we stock for letters |
| Metal Laminate on Acrylic | Acrylic base with Metal Laminate face, routed up to 95" long (based on grain) |
| Metal Laminate on Foam | Foam base with Metal Laminate face, routed up to 70" long (based on gauge and grain) |
| Acrylic Laminate on Foam | Foam base with acrylic face, routed up to 70" long (based on gauge) |
| GemLeaf | Acrylic base with foil GemLeaf face, laser cut up to 46" long (based on grain) |
| Flat Cut Metal |
Out of bar stock (1/4" thick) see note below, or cut out of any metal gauge and type that we stock. Length limits are based on sheet stock size, by gauge, and desired finish. See below. |
| Cast Metal Flat Face |
Most bars for cast are sent as C-Channel up to 96" long (one piece). Custom cast up to 3" x 48" long |
| Fabricated | Based on grain direction, up to 48" or 95" long (one piece). See below. |
| Injection Molded | Not available. |
