How to Contact Us in Partner Portal

Partner Portal allows you to create and manage quotes and orders with Gemini. Users can ask questions, seek clarification, or provide comments on any quotes or orders they have created. These messages can then be viewed in the Help & Support panel where you can view recent and past messages on your quotes and orders.

If you have a general question not related to a quote or order, you can connect with a Gemini team member through the help desk to help you. Just follow these simple steps to get started. 

1. Log in to Partner Portal.

2. Click the Start a New Message button (the black paper airplane) on the far right under the Help & Support panel.

3. Fill in the subject and message line with the subject and contents of your request. 

Tip: For any questions relating to a product, try referencing our Gemini Product Guide first. Gemini Product Guide contains product specifications, additional resources, and more. 

4. After writing your question, click on the red paper airplane button to the right of the message box to send your message. 

4. Send MessageYour message will be reviewed and answered by one of Gemini's team members. 

Note: Help Desk support is not a live chat, but our team members will respond as soon as they are able.
