Cast metal letters and logos are available in two metals: 

	Aluminum (Alloy 514)
	Bronze (NAVY-G 88-8-0-4)

How big can cast metal letters and logos be?

Standard cast metal letters and logos can be as tall as 24. Custom cast letters and logos can be up to 64 inches.

How small can cast metal letters and logos be?

Cast metal letters can be as small as 2 inches for select standard fonts or as small as 4 inches for custom fonts.

Depth

How thick can cast metal letters and logos be?

Cast metal letters and logos can be 3/8 inch up to 3 inches thick, depending on customer artwork.

Custom cast products can be specified in:

1/4 in increments between 1/2 inch to 1 1/4 in letters and logos
1/2 in increments between 1 1/2 inch to 3 inches letters and logos

Cast metal letters and logos can be made with custom fonts and vector art.

Our standard cast styles come in various depths and strokes depending on the typeface. In standard styles, we offer flat and prismatic fonts. Round face letters can be ordered upon request.

Small punctuation marks like commas, periods, or dashes are 33% of the uppercase letter price.

Aluminum letters and logos can be painted. We have a selection of forty-six standard paint colors and offer custom paint matching.

Where can I install a cast metal sign?

Cast metal letters and logos are for interior or exterior applications.

What are the mounting options for cast metal?

We offer six mounting options for cast metal. Additional charges may apply.

Note: Every order comes with standard mounting and an installation pattern for a seamless installation.

	Stud mount For stud mounting, letter and logo backs are drilled and tapped to receive threaded studs for mounting. Standard cast studs are in-line for brick mortar: 2-5/8 in on the center.
	Double Rail Mount Two rows of c-channel painted or anodized aluminum rails are mounted with threaded aluminum bolts into in-line stud bosses. A double rail mount includes two painted rails up to 94 inches long. 35% upcharge with unfinished letter backs (standard). Finished back or 1/8" enclosed back available. Contact for quote.
	Bottom and Top rail mount This mount is available for letters 4 inches to 30 inches tall with a minimum of 3/8 inch thickness. Includes painted or anodized aluminum rail. Letters over 8 inches may require tie-back (not supplied). 35% upcharge with unfinished letter backs (standard). Finished back or 1/8" enclosed back available. Contact for quote.
	Bottom or Top Stud Mount A bottom or top stud mount are for letters 4 inches to 30 inches tall. This mount requires letters with a minimum of 3/8 inch thickness. Letters over 8 inches may require tie-back (not supplied). 15% upcharge with unfinished letter backs (standard). Finished back or 1/8" enclosed back available. Contact for quote.
	Bottom Back Angle Bracket Mount A bottom back angle bracket mount is for letters 4 inches to 30 inches tall. This mount requires letters with a minimum of 3/8 in thickness. Letters over 8 inches may require tie-back (not supplied). The aluminum angle comes in a painted finish and is 2 inches by 2 inches. 15% upcharge with unfinished letter backs (standard). Finished back or 1/8" enclosed back available. Contact for quote.
	Bottom Stud with Back Mount This mount is for letters 4 inches to 24 inches tall. This mount requires letters with a minimum of 3/8 inch thickness. Letters over 8 inches may require tie-back (not supplied). Can be full cover or inset for a flush edge. 100% upcharge for 1/8" unfinished backer with studs and bottom stud mount.
