Standard cast metal letters and logos can be as tall as 24. Custom cast letters and logos can be up to 64 inches.
How small can cast metal letters and logos be?
Cast metal letters can be as small as 2 inches for select standard fonts or as small as 4 inches for custom fonts.

Depth
How thick can cast metal letters and logos be?
Standard fonts come with standardized depths. Custom depths require custom molds, which means pricing changes from standard to custom.
Custom cast metal letters and logos can be 3/8 inch up to 3 inches thick, depending on customer artwork.
Custom cast products can be specified in:
- 1/4 in increments between 1/2 inch to 1 1/4 in letters and logos
- 1/2 in increments between 1 1/2 inch to 3 inches letters and logos
Typeface/fonts
Can our cast metal sign be in a custom font?
Cast metal letters and logos can be made with custom fonts and vector art.
Our standard cast styles come in various depths and strokes depending on the typeface. In standard styles, we offer flat and prismatic fonts. Round face letters can be ordered upon request.
- Lowercase letters (when available) are 90% of the corresponding uppercase price.
- Small punctuation marks like commas, periods, or dashes are 33% of the uppercase letter price.
What are the most popular flat face fonts?
Arial, Helvetica, and Times New Roman are popular flat face fonts in aluminum and bronze.

Aluminum letters and logos can be painted. We have a selection of forty-six standard paint colors and offer custom paint matching.
Textured Paint is also available for any available standard or custom color.
