What are cast aluminum plaques blanks?
Cast aluminum plaque blanks are a low-cost option for customers requiring an all-metal plaque. Our plaque blanks include a raised double border and recessed area to accommodate an engraving plate - available separately. Our plaque blanks are cast with aluminum (alloy 356), painted, baked, and sealed with acrylic polyurethane.
Our cast aluminum plaque blanks are available in four sizes and come in brushed aluminum and a black painted background or a flash bronze coating and brown painted background. Available with integral bracket for rod mount or a thru-hole mount – includes screws and is ready to ship within days.
Cast aluminum plaque blanks can be used indoors or out.
Note: Flash bronze is not recommended for exterior use. Photo shown is of the flash bronze coating.
