Art Files
What art files can I send in for quotes and orders?
The best files to send to us are:
- Illustrator (.ai, .eps, or .pdf)
We have limited availability to handle file types from other software such as .CDR (CorelDraw) or .fs (Flexi) as our art processing is mostly done in Abobe Illustrator. We recommend exporting or saving your files as a PDF.
Note: We require vector art files for most of our products. While we can accept bitmap files such as JPEG, PNG, TIF, or BMP, they cannot be used for cutting paths. Custom orders without vector art will require more time to process. For expedited processing, please supply vector art with your order.
Identify your company name and phone number and reference any quotes you may have received.
- Files up to 50MB can be uploaded in Partner Portal.
- Files over 50MB can be uploaded using our FTP Site.
Note: Please be sure to convert to “curves” or “paths” before sending files.
